Fos Scale Tower Two

From the former MRH advertiser Fos Scale, I purchased their Tower Two kit.

	Construction starts with the alcohol wash, and DGRW red for the walls
	Windows and doors get a depot buff trim color, to match Central Vermont practices.
	building assembled, most windows in. This will be it's location on the layout.
