Lefty is one of Bob's trusted nobs. Having lost his arm, he too found Dr. Bludcutta had been at work  - this time  adding a bionic arm with a choppa permenantly attached.

Lefty also wears heavy armor, and carries a Kustom shoota - (more dakka and more blasta)
